Silvics LoadBOSS ai (LB2) Overview
Silvics LoadBOSS ai (LB2) allows you to record and maintain chain of custody as logs travel from the woods to the mill. By scanning the QR code on a security tag/ load ticket for a timber sale, the user may populate info for the Buyer, Product, Logger, Loader, Hauler, Driver, and Destination.
The Load Lister shows all loads a user has scanned, and Update Ticket allows one to add scale ticket/ mill receipt info. Including the web portal, LoadBOSS ai is a system that helps to efficiently manage loads, shipping details, and billing with ease.
- Open the LB2 app, select Authorize Load
- Scan the QR code on the Load Ticket
- Enter the load information
- Truck hauls load to a mill where it is weighed and unloaded; scale ticket issued.
- Scale ticket comes back to user on the landing in the woods.
- Update Ticket with a Scale Ticket image with device Camera or through Gallery. LB2 will detect Scale Ticket Number, Tons and Deduct if any. Users can copy these detected values which are displayed in a popup.
- Load Lister shows all loads scanned by a user with ability to filter by date
- Option to show all tickets within last 3 months (90 days)
- Reconciled tickets are highlighted with a green border
- Settings screen includes Current User, Version, Login Valid time, and much more info
- Sync Now sends the scanned/cached Load Tickets to the web when user has strong cellular coverage or wi-fi.
- Sync Status shows number of User created Tickets, Locally Stored tickets and allows users to Backup Local Data for Pending Loads
- Renew Login extends the Login Valid Till date two weeks into the future
